A three-part summer tasting series at Café Sapori celebrating distinguished wineries, their stories, winemakers, vineyards, and wines.

Chef Fabrizio Giorgi and Francesco Blanco graciously host the gatherings, creating complementary small bites and light lunch pairings in the convivial spirit of the Mondiale.

Dinners, tastings, and gatherings.

Our Chaîne season runs October through May, with dinners at restaurants and private clubs across Palm Beach County. RSVPs are managed privately after invitation. In the summer we conduct a Mondiale wine tasting series, focused on wine education. We hope you’ll join the fun!
