The Bailliage of the Greater Palm Beaches is the local chapter of La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs — an international gastronomic society uniting professionals and devoted amateurs in the appreciation of fine cuisine and wine.

We gather members and friends throughout greater Palm Beach County, including Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, and Jupiter, for refined dinners at celebrated restaurants and private clubs.
Each evening is shaped in thoughtful collaboration among the chef, sommelier, and our Chaîne leadership, creating an experience that is welcoming, memorable, and true to the traditions of the Chaîne.

Summer Wine Tasting Series
This summer, the Bailliage of the Greater Palm Beaches celebrates the Société Mondiale du Vin with an intimate three-part tasting series at Café Sapori. Hosted with Chef Fabrizio Giorgi and Francesco Blanco, each midday gathering explores a distinguished winery, its story, winemaking, vineyards, and wines through thoughtful pairings and conversation.
