Members and guests gathered for a special evening inspired by Italy’s cherished Settimana Bianca, where the spirit of the mountains meets the art of the table.

Chef Fabrizio Giorgi and Vice Conseillier Culinaire Francesco Blanco led the Bailliage on a culinary and wine journey through Italy’s mountain regions, from the crisp alpine peaks of the Dolomites to the volcanic slopes of Etna.

Each course and pairing captured the character, warmth, and rustic elegance of Italy’s highland traditions, reinterpreted through Fabrizio’s artistry and Francesco’s expert curation.

Hosted at beloved Café Sapori, the dinner offered an evening of fine flavor, friendship, and Italian hospitality at its best.
