Bubbles from Everywhere: A Blind Tasting, for the Pure Joy of it!

Dear Confrères and Consœurs,

Sparkling wine has a way of making any afternoon feel like a celebration, and this one is all about the fun of discovery.

Join us for the next chapter of our Summer Mondiale Series, where we will pour a lineup of five flights, ten wines total, of sparkling wines from around the world, all under wraps. No pressure, no right answers, no need to know a thing about bubbles beforehand. Just swirl, sip, and see what makes you smile. Maybe it is something bright and citrusy from a sunny hillside far from France. Maybe it is a soft, toasty pour with a story to tell. Maybe, just maybe, a Champagne has snuck into the flight. We will find out together.

Francesco Blanco and Chef Fabrizio are teaming up once again to create a series of playful little bites, each designed to bring out something delicious in the wines. Your only job: taste, nibble, chat, and jot down the pairings that made you happiest.

Then the masks come off, the wines are revealed, and we settle into a light lunch and dessert with additional wines, to compare notes and toast our favorites.

No expertise required, just curiosity, an open palate, and a love of good company. Come thirsty, come curious, come as you are.
