Members of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs are invited to gather in Philadelphia for the 2026 Grand Chapitre, a national celebration of gastronomy, wine, fellowship, history, and the enduring traditions of the Chaîne.
The weekend headquarters will be The Bellevue, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, the historic “Grande Dame of Broad Street,” recently restored and ideally situated along Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts.

The program includes dine-arounds, cultural tours, wine tastings, seminars, the Bailli Appreciation Dinner, and the Black-Tie Induction & Gala.

Cooking class and luncheon, Tastes of Philly tour, Chocolate & Wine Pairing Seminar, and Black-Tie Induction & Gala at The Bellevue.

Farewell Brunch.
