The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, Bailliage of the Greater Palm Beaches, warmly invited members and guests to the first wine dinner of the 2025–2026 season at Pistache, the beloved Parisian-style bistro in downtown West Palm Beach.
The evening celebrated classic French elegance, where Chef Benoit Delos and owner Thierry Beaud’s refined cuisine with Mediterranean flair met perfectly paired wines and Pistache’s signature warmth and charm.
Members gathered in friendship and conviviality to celebrate a shared love of fine food, wine, and good company.
