Message from the Host

Members and guests were warmly invited to celebrate World Chaîne Day with an extraordinary evening of culinary artistry and conviviality at Café Sapori.

This cherished occasion, The Three Toques, honored fine food, friendship, and the joy of gathering. Originally planned as a more intimate celebration, the event grew into a grander culinary collaboration, allowing three acclaimed chefs and their teams to create at their highest level in the professional kitchen of Café Sapori.

The evening united Benoit Delos of Pistache French Bistro, Fabrizio Giorgi of Café Sapori, and Julien Gremaud of Pink Steak. Each chef presented a signature course reflecting his culinary heritage, while collaborating on shared hors d’oeuvres and dessert that wove together French, Italian, and classic steakhouse traditions.

Each course was paired with exceptional wines curated by Vice Conseillier Culinaire Francesco Blanco, creating harmony between plate and glass. Vive La Chaîne!
