Pack your appetite and your most curious palate — the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs of the Greater Palm Beaches is heading to Salute Ristorante, the chic new Italian gem tucked inside the iconic Palm Beach Towers, for an evening of Milanese sophistication, coastal elegance, and naturalmente very good wine.

Think handmade pastas rolled that afternoon, seafood that practically swam onto the plate, premium meats prepared with old-world care, and a few seasonal delights from the kitchen.

We worked with the Salute team to design a multi-course tasting menu, thoughtfully and generously paired with wines selected to make every bite sing. The evening brought together modern luxury, warm Italian hospitality, and the convivial spirit of fellow Chaîne members, gastronomes, and wine lovers.
